Here is a comprehensive checklist of items to prepare for and ensure your best online hypnosis experience. 

Prepare your Questions

As for past life regression, it is important to set your intention for your outcome.  So put together questions relative to your Emotional, Physical, Relationship, and even Spiritual Questions.  See below for guidance and the FAQs for more on how to craft your most important questions. I can certainly assist you during the preliminary part of our session.  Your questions are vitally important so do consider them carefully. 

Prepare your Space

For a session to be conducted in your own space, its a good idea to brief anyone who may live with you to offer you the peace and quiet for your session.  It is very important that you are  not undisturbed or distracted by anything in your environment,  A barking dog, or a child needing attention could interrupt at a delicate moment during your session.  Lighting can be important also so be sure that a lamp is turned on  in case sunlight dissipates in the course of your  session.  Also, ensure that unintended back light will not interfere with the camera capturing your image clearly.  .  

Prepare your Technolgy

In this modern day of advanced communications, we are blessed with full featured utilities that allow us to communicate reliably with visual and audio clarity.   Since Video Conferencing service, Zoom is the preferred method we employ,   we're able to make use of either PC or SmartPhone devices for the session.  Ideally, a Computer Laptop computer or even desktop serves for the most ease of use.  Cell phones are not preferred however they may suffice if thait's all that's available at the time.

  •   We often have many roles in life so you may wish to ask for clarity in this area.

 Relationships

  •  A romantic partner friend or adversary  can be presenting important lessons for you. Contemplate what that lesson may be so healing and resolution may be brought to you.  

Physical Issues

  •   It is often the first item of concern clients bring to a session.  Feel free to ask for anything you wish to address as there is nothing impossible with the Subconscious as Dolores Cannon once said.  Keep in mind that it is very important to old no expectations on HOW your healing emerges or unfolds for you.

Emotional Blocks and Challenges

  • Certain unwelcome feelings or thoughts may present to you frequently. Describe these as best as you can in terms of what, when and how they show up for you so the best healing can be achieved.

Spiritual Questions & Curiousities

  • You may be interested in knowing who your guides or guardian angels are.  Its ok to ask for this information and it may be shown to you in unexpected ways



FAQs

Space


Your chosen space should be quiet and comfortable.   Here are a list of items to tend to:

  • A Comfortable Bed, Couch, or Recliner
  • A blanket to cover yourself with or keep handy.
  • Temperature Control
  • Remember to Close your doors or windows  if noise is an issue
  • Have a good meal beforehand
  • Have a glass of water handy
  • Keep snacks handy if the session goes a bit longer than expected
  • Turn off household appliances like washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc.
  • If anyone else is in the house, inform them that for the duration of your session you'll need  privacy.   
  • Requesting another person to be available at your location to  can also be helpful should there be any issues with your space or unexpected visitors needing immediate attention. 

 

FAQs

Technology


  • Laptop or Desktop Computer ideally  with USB detachable camera. (Built-in camera is ok). 
  • Power Source Plugged-in to AC power outlet.  You do not want to run your device on batteries since you could be in trance state for well beyond the battery capacity.
  • A wired Microphone capable of placement near your mouth (Headphones w/ mic is ok)
  • Adequate Powered Speakers or headphones.  (Headphones are preferred to ear buds since ear buds  can loosen during the session).
  • Positioning of  your Laptop or USB Camera so that your upper body and face are fully visible and at a slight angle.  Ensure that it is on a stable surface- it's possible that your motion could dislodge it if you should get expressive during your trance state.  A Long cord or extension helps. 
  • Be sure your lighting is correctly positioned and turned on without excessive back-light or dependancy on sunlight which can dim later in the day.
